The developer of Remove BG & Background Eraser ("we", "our", or "us") operates this mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Photos and Images. The App requires access to your photo library or camera so you can select images for editing. Photos you choose are processed solely to perform the editing features you request, such as background removal, object erasing, and background replacement. We do not use your photos for any other purpose, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Automatically Collected Information. When you use the App, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Device type, model, and operating system version
• App version and general usage data (features used, session length, crashes)
• Approximate (coarse) location derived from IP address, such as country or region
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA), only where you have granted permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt

Information You Provide. If you contact us by email for support or feedback, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the App's editing features
• To maintain, improve, and debug the App
• To display advertisements that support the free version of the App
• To analyze aggregate usage so we can improve features and performance

3. Photo Processing and Retention

Images you edit are processed only for the duration needed to complete the edit. Where processing takes place on a server, images are transmitted securely, used only to generate your edited result, and automatically deleted from the server after processing. We do not permanently store your photos, and we do not use them to train models or for advertising. Edited images are saved only where you choose to save them, such as your device's photo library.

4. Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob and its mediation partners. These networks may collect and use device identifiers and other technical information to serve ads and measure ad performance, in accordance with their own privacy policies:

On iOS, personalized advertising using the advertising identifier occurs only if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using your advertising identifier.

5. Analytics

We use analytics services such as Google Firebase to understand how the App is used in aggregate (for example, which features are most popular and where crashes occur). 6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the App (advertising, analytics, cloud processing), under obligations to protect the data
• Legal authorities when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted through the App, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for any server communication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

8. Your Rights and Choices

• Photo access: You can change the App's photo and camera permissions at any time in your device Settings.
• Tracking: You can allow or deny tracking in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device.
• Access and deletion: Depending on your region (including under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. 9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. International Users

The App is operated from India and may process information on servers located in other countries. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws that differ from those of your country of residence. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
